Michelle brings a wealth of expertise in accounting and tax strategy, with over a decade of professional experience across government, education, and international organizations. From 2011 to 2014, she worked as a School Accountant at Oton National High School in Iloilo, Philippines, before moving into a Senior Admin and Finance Assistant role at the International Organization for Migration from 2014 to 2015. She then served as a Regional Accountant at OWWA RWO VI, a Philippine government agency, from 2017 to 2021. These experiences allowed her to build a strong foundation in finance, administration, and compliance while working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

At TOAMS Financial, Michelle applies her deep knowledge of tax preparation and planning to support both individuals and business owners. She builds personalized tax strategies using platforms such as TaxPlanIQ, manages client onboarding through Stanford Tax, and prepares both federal and state returns. Michelle also monitors client progress and provides timely updates, ensuring that every detail is accounted for. Clients and colleagues alike value her diligence, her ability to simplify complex issues, and the confidence she brings to financial planning conversations.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys designing, singing, and raising farm animals—creative and grounding pursuits that reflect both her artistry and her appreciation for balance in life.
