While he initially worked as an ESL teacher, Joshua was determined to pursue his passion for technology. He dedicated himself to learning IT and automation, spending months developing his expertise and exploring the potential of artificial intelligence in business processes. Through this journey, he built a strong foundation in designing automated solutions that reduce repetitive tasks, enhance consistency, and improve overall operational flow.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys traveling to new places, video and photo editing, and discovering new skills and talents—always seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and create.
