Jefrey Villanueva

Jefrey’s professional background spans technology, operations, and administration, giving him a strong foundation in automation, systems integration, and workflow optimization. His experience includes roles across ICT, food industries, and banking, where he worked as a Systems Administrator. He also gained over five years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, beginning in 2015, and later served as a Surgical Booking Centre Administrator in New Zealand. Across these roles, Jefrey focused on reducing inefficiencies, simplifying operations, and enabling teams to dedicate more time to strategic priorities.

At TOAMS Financial, Jefrey designs and develops automations to streamline internal processes, integrates APIs to connect systems, and provides ongoing technical support. His problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex systems allow the team to operate more effectively and focus on client relationships. Through his work, Jefrey ensures that the firm remains agile, efficient, and ready to grow.

Outside of work, Jefrey has a strong appreciation for artistry and craftsmanship, which he expresses through collecting high-end pens as well as niche and designer perfumes.
