Jeferson Alipio

Jeferson brings experience in community building, administration, and moderation, with a background in guiding individuals through structured processes and ensuring smooth collaboration across diverse projects. For more than four years before joining TOAMS Financial, he served in various online communities, where he helped members understand projects, configured automations, built and managed servers, and ensured that systems functioned seamlessly. These experiences strengthened his technical expertise, adaptability, and ability to support both people and processes effectively.

At TOAMS Financial, Jeferson serves as the Automation and Tech Specialist. In this role, he creates workflows and automations, integrates APIs and automation systems, and provides technical support to staff and clients. He is also focused on identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Colleagues appreciate his problem-solving mindset, steady support, and the innovative solutions he brings to the team’s operations.

Outside of work, Jeferson enjoys learning and exploring new skills, cooking and baking, practicing his barista craft at home, and traveling locally.
