Tamara Williams brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a career built on professionalism, attention to detail, and client care. She began her career at Scottrade as a New Accounts Representative, where she processed new accounts and ensured compliance for new customers. During her time there, she also served as an ACATS Processor and later as a Senior Fixed Income Specialist, providing leadership to her bond transfer team.

She went on to work as a Fraud Research Analyst for both Citibank and Mercantile Bank, where she investigated inquiries and disputes related to fraudulent account activity. These roles sharpened her ability to handle sensitive matters with care and discretion, further strengthening her expertise in client service.

Now at TOAMS Financial, Tamara serves as the Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees internal processes, manages account operations, and ensures that daily workflows run smoothly. She also supports both clients and colleagues with her calm and steady approach, helping the firm deliver consistent and professional service at every step.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tamara now enjoys the sunny winters of Florida, where she has settled after relocating.
