Beatriz brings experience in advocacy, content moderation, and client support, with a background in helping individuals and professionals navigate complex processes with care and efficiency. Before joining The RELAX Estate, she worked as a Veteran Advocate for a private veteran-owned company in Phoenix, Arizona, where she assisted U.S. veterans from all branches of service in obtaining their discharge documents and accessing their benefits smoothly and honorably. She also worked as a content moderator for a global social media platform, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and balance in decision-making. These experiences shaped her ability to adapt to diverse challenges while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

At The RELAX Estate, Beatriz serves as the Admin and Onboarding Specialist while also moderating webinars. In this role, she helps partners and professionals begin their journey in providing estate planning services, equipping them with the resources, guidance, and support needed to serve their clients effectively. Colleagues value her thoughtful communication, steady presence under pressure, and commitment to ensuring every process runs seamlessly.

Outside of work, Beatriz enjoys spending quality time with her family through devotions, dining out, and traveling.
